Moroccan style lamb marinated in harissa, herbs and spices and then braised in a rich tomato sauce with apricots, raisins and almonds until perfectly tender. 

Preheat oven to 400F.

Remove all packaging except the tin, place on a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake for 35-45 minutes until they are golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before eating or removing from the tin.
